Tokyo Olympics: Mary Kom wins her opener, enters last 16

July 25: Indian Boxing Legend Mary Kom (51kg) stormed into the Round of 16 of women’s flyweight (48-51 kg) category event after defeating Miguelina Hernandez Garcia (4-1) of the Dominican Republic in the round of 32 on Sunday. India’s six-time world champion boxer Mary Kom will now face Ingrit Valencia of Colombia in the round of 16 of the Tokyo Olympics on 29 July.
