To inculcate scientific temper, mobile science exhibition van to tour Hailakandi for a month

September 18: It was indeed a carnival for the school students of Hailakandi to witness the mobile science exhibition van in their own town. This is a unique initiative undertaken by the Regional Science Centre (RSC), Khanapara in association with the Department of Education, Hailakandi for inculcating scientific temper and a spirit of inquiry among the young minds.

Rajiv Kumar Jha, Inspector of Schools of Hailakandi district inaugurated the mobile science exhibition at Panchgram Town High School wherein students and teachers of many nearby schools assembled to catch a glimpse of the van.

The mobile van will remain in Hailakandi for a month and will go around different schools of the district which would enable the school children to satisfy their scientific curiosity and attain know how of many events and activities.
