Sukhoi Fighter Plane crashes in Tezpur

August 8: As per reports, a Sukhoi MKI 30 aeroplane crashed in Assam’s Tezpur on 8 August, 2019 in the evening. The incident happened nearby Saikia Suburi in Tezpur. Both pilots were ejected safely from the aircraft and have been rescued.

The injured pilots have been admitted to the nearby hospital for medical assistance. The Su-30 aircraft was on a routine training mission from Tezpur when it crashed in the local flying area. Three fire tenders rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control. People around the area were shocked to hear the loud bang and subsequent fire coming out of the site of crash.
