Earlier, Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat against South Africa in their T20 World Cup encounter on Sunday and scored 133 for 9 wickets in their stipulated 20 overs. In response, South Africa scored 137 for 5 in 19.4 overs. With the victory, South Africa moved top of the Super 12 stage Group 2 points table.
