RSS & others distribute relief at interior places in Udharbond

May 15: RSS, Keshab Smarak Sanskriti Surabhi and NMO once again set out in helping people who are in need during the ongoing lockdown augmented by the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. On Wednesday, the members of the organisations travelled on foot through the hilly terrains with sacks full of relief materials and reached Mohal Thal village in Udharbond, where resides 35 families.

Rice, dal, mustard oil, potato, soyabean, spices, onion and tea were given to all the 35 families who inhabit in such an interior area. They were also given a soap each for washing their hands. The people residing there were taught about the importance of maintaining hygiene and washing hands with soap. They were also made aware about covering the face and maintaining social distance.

Present during the relief distribution were Sanjoy Kumar Deb, Appayan Nath, Dulu Suklabaidya, Gautam Suklabaidya, Ashu Debnath, Uttam Suklabaidya, Bishal Suklabaidya among others.
