Prof. Pranab Bihari Mazumder Receives ‘Intellectual Achievers of World Award’
‘ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল অ্যাচিভার্স অব ওয়ার্ল্ড অ্যাওয়ার্ড’ পেলেন অধ্যাপক প্রণব বিহারী মজুমদার

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১৬ ডিসেম্বর : শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে অসামান্য অবদান ও উৎকর্ষ সাধনের স্বীকৃতিস্বরূপ আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের জৈবপ্রযুক্তি বিভাগের বরিষ্ঠ অধ্যাপক প্রণব বিহারী মজুমদারকে ‘ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল অ্যাচিভার্স অব ওয়ার্ল্ড অ্যাওয়ার্ড ২০২৫’ প্রদান করা হয়েছে। নতুন দিল্লির ফ্রেন্ডশিপ ফোরামের পক্ষ থেকে তাঁকে এই মর্যাদাপূর্ণ অ্যাওয়ার্ড প্রদান করা হয়।

সম্মাননা হিসেবে অধ্যাপক প্রণব বিহারী মজুমদারকে মেডেল, শংসাপত্র ও স্মারক প্রদান করা হয়েছে। শংসাপত্রে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে তাঁর নিরলস কাজ, উল্লেখযোগ্য সাফল্য ও বিশ্বব্যাপী অনুপ্রেরণাদায়ক ভূমিকার জন্যই তাঁকে এই সম্মানে ভূষিত করা হয়েছে।

এদিকে অধ্যাপক মজুমদারের এই বিরল সম্মানে তাঁকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক রাজীব মোহন পন্থ ও নিবন্ধক প্রদোষ কিরণ নাথ। তাঁরা আশা ব্যক্ত করে বলেছেন, অধ্যাপক মজুমদারের কাজ ও অবদান আগামী প্রজন্মের শিক্ষাবিদ ও গবেষকদের জন্য পথপ্রদর্শক হয়ে থাকবে।

Way2barak, December 16 : In recognition of his outstanding contribution and excellence in the field of education, senior Prof. Pranab Bihari Mazumder of the Dept of Biotechnology, Assam University, has been conferred the ‘Intellectual Achievers of World Award 2025’. The prestigious award was presented to him by the Friendship Forum, New Delhi.

As part of the honour, Prof. Mazumder was presented with medal, certificate, and memento. The certificate cites his tireless efforts in education, remarkable achievements, and his globally inspiring role as the reasons for bestowing the award upon him.

Meanwhile, Assam University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant and Registrar Pradosh Kiran Nath extended their heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Majumdar on this rare honour. Expressing hope, they said that Prof. Mazumder’s work and contributions would continue to serve as a guiding light for future generations of academicians and researchers.
