Petrol, diesel prices hiked across India on Tuesday

Sept. 28: The price of petrol was hiked by 19 to 25 paise per litre across India on 28 September as international oil prices have soared to a 3-year high. This was the 1st increase in the petrol price after 17 July this year. Also, the price of diesel was increased for the fourth consecutive day. With the latest hike, petrol now costs Rs.101.39 per litre in Delhi, while diesel costs Rs.89.57 per litre.
