Pallabita Sharma along with ABVP takes responsibility of 40 families, distribute grocery items

April 16: Lockdown has driven many without regular income. Those in the unorganised sector are indeed facing many hardships at this crucial juncture. Though it is not possible to mitigate the sufferings of this huge multitude, but atleast each individual can contribute to the well being of this disadvantaged lot. It in in this context that social activist and State Secretary of Prime Minister Jan Kalyan Yojana, Pallabita Sharma took the the responsibility of helping 40 families of Ghungoor area in Silchar.

Pallabita Sharma took the support of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in this noble venture. On Thursday, grocery items were distributed by Pallabita along with ABVP among the members of these 40 families. Speaking to way2barak, Pallabita Sharma said, “I would like to thank Miton Biswas of ABVP and Mahesh Bhagwat, Jan Sampark Pramukh ABVP for helping me to serve these poor and needy.” Since the lockdown, Pallabita has been associated with various organisations to help those in need.
