Lala HS School becomes Champion in Zonal Level Football Tournament held at Silchar

December 2: Lala HS and MP School, Hailakandi emerged as zonal champion in the Zonal Level Football Tournament held at Silchar recently. Team Hailakandi defeated Team Karimganj by a margin of 1-0 in the finals. In the semi final, Hailakandi defeated Cachar by a margin of 3-0.

The team will now compete for the State Championship to be held at SAI complex in Guwahati. Keerthi Jalli, Deputy Commissioner of Hailakandi congratulated the team from her district for becoming zonal champions and also wished them good luck for the state level championship.
