Kalowar donates 1,51,000 to PM-CARES & Assam Arogya Nidhi

April 27: The outbreak of coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown has brought life to a standstill. Many individuals, organisations, NGOs, business establishments have come forward to help those in distress. Generous contributions to the PM-CARES Fund and Assam Arogya Nidhi are being made.

To add to the list, Krishna Kalowar and his son Chandrasekhar Kalowar from Silchar have donated Rs.1 lakh to Assam Arogya Nidhi. The father-son duo handed over the cheque to State Excise Minister Parimal Suklabaidya. Further, they also donated an amount of Rs.51,000 to PM-CARES Fund through MP Silchar, Dr. Rajdeep Roy. It needs mention here that the Kalowars are the owners of Maruti Wine Shop, Mayur Hotel & New Mayur Hotel in Silchar.
