ICCW members meets DC, raises demand for allotment of office room
February 8: A delegation of Cachar District Council of Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW) met Laya Madduri, Deputy Commissioner of Cachar on Friday. The Deputy Commissioner is the Chairperson of the Cachar District Council of ICCW. The members welcomed the new Deputy Commissioner with a bouquet and a traditional uttario.
The delegation of the Cachar District Council of ICCW raised the demand of providing them a space for an office room. In this regard, the members of the delegation provided two suggestions.
They requested the Deputy Commissioner to provide them a space for office room either at Silchar Normal school or Satindra Mohhan Dev civil Hospital, Silchar. Laya Madduri gave them a patient hearing and assured the delegation of positive intervention.
The delegation of Cachar District Council of ICCW comprised of its Secretary Dilip Kar, Dr. Ashima Roy, Debashish Dey, Dr. Banani Roy Choudhury and Tripti Paul Choudhury. It needs mention here that the ICCW is working the field of:
