Hailakandi district achieves 2nd position in Swachhata Darpan rankings

January 11: It’s indeed a great achievement for Hailakandi in particular and Barak Valley in particular for being able to carve a niche for itself in the state. Out of the 33 districts of Assam, Hailakandi has secured 2nd position on Swachhata Darpan portal of Government of India, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation under the  Ministry of Jal Shakti. Expressing her happiness in the Facebook page, Keerti Jalli, Deputy Commissioner of Hailakandi congratulated the entire PHE Team of Hailakandi.
