Gunotsav: Skills Evaluation in left out schools on 27 November

২২ নভেম্বর : প্রথম পর্যায়ের দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডের গুণোৎসবের দক্ষতা নির্ণায়ক পরীক্ষা আগামী ২৭ নভেম্বর থেকে শুরু হবে। এই পরীক্ষা গত ১১ অক্টোবর হওয়ার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু গুণোৎসবের প্রশ্নপত্র ফাঁস হয়ে যাওয়ায় সর্বশিক্ষার মিশন ডিরেক্টর এই পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে দেন। সর্বশিক্ষা মিশনের পক্ষ থেকে একটি নতুন নির্দেশ জারি করে বলা হয়েছে, রাজ্যের ১৬টি জেলার বাকি থাকা বিদ্যালয়গুলোতে দক্ষতা নির্ণয় পরীক্ষা আগামী ২৭ নভেম্বর থেকে শুরু হবে। এ ব্যাপারে জেলার সর্বশিক্ষা আধিকারিকদের প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে বলা হয়েছে।

এর প্রেক্ষিতে কাছাড়ের অতিরিক্ত জেলাশাসক তথা জেলা সর্বশিক্ষা আধিকারিকও এ সংক্রান্ত বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করেছেন। এই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, কাছাড় জেলার বাকি থাকা ৭২৩টি প্রাথমিক ও সেকেন্ডারি স্কুলে গত ১১ অক্টোবর গুণোতসব হওয়ার কথা ছিল। কিন্তু তা রাজ্যের ১৬টি জেলার সঙ্গে স্থগিত রাখা হয়। বর্তমানে তা ২৭ নভেম্বর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এতে আরও বলা হয়েছে যে, কোনও ব্যক্তি এসএমসি বা এসএমডিসি থেকে বা পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের কাজে যুক্ত থাকলে তাঁকে গুণোতসবে নিয়োগ করা যাবে না।

এই বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী, যে সব এক্সটারন্যাল ইভালুয়েটরদের আগে অর্থাৎ ১১ অক্টোবর এলপি, এমই ও হাইস্কুলগুলোতে পঞ্চম শ্রেণি থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত নিয়োগ করা হয়েছিল, তাঁরাই এখন ২৭ নভেম্বর সংশ্লিষ্ট স্কুলগুলো পরিদর্শন করবেন। এই কাজের জন্য এক্সটারন্যাল ইভালুয়েটরদের আলাদাভাবে কোনও নিয়োগপত্র দেওয়া হবে না।

November 21: The Skills Evaluation of Gunotsav of Round II Phase I will now be held on 27 November. The said Skills Evaluation was supposed to be held on 11 October. But due to leakage of question paper, the same was deferred by the Mission Director of SSA. In a fresh order issued by SSA, it was stated that the Skills Test of the left out schools in 16 districts of Assam will be held on 27 November. The District SSA officials were asked to take necessary steps for this purpose.

Meanwhile, in this regard Additional District Commissioner cum Mission Director of SSA Cachar has also issued necessary notification. In the said notification, it was stated that ‘Gunotsav in the remaining 723 number of Schools (Elementary & Secondary) of Cachar which was earlier scheduled on 11/10/18 but postponed along with 16 districts of Assam will now be conducted on 27/11/18.’It was further stated that ‘any person either from SMC/SMDC or persons associated with any political activity of Panchayat Election should not be involved in the process of Gunotsav.’

In the view of this notification, External Evaluators who were earlier assigned duties on 11 October in L.P., ME and High Schools (Class V to VIII) will now have to visit those schools on 27 November and perform the task of evaluation. No separate appointment letters will be issued to the External Evaluators for this purpose.
