1 patient in oxygen & ventilator support, no Covid death at SMCH on Saturday

Sept. 11: The Covid-19 situation in gradually is gradually improving. There has been substantial decline in the number of daily positive cases. The last 24 hours (5 PM on 9 September to 5 PM on 11 September) did not witness the death of any Covid-19 positive patient at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH). This was informed by Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH on Saturday evening.

Dr Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH informed that till 5 PM on 11 September, there were 23 Covid-19 active patients at Silchar Medical College. Further, 01 patient was put under ventilator support and 1 in oxygen support. In the last 24 hours, 07 Covid positive patients were admitted at SMCH and 02 of them were discharged.
