GoAir to operate Guwahati-Aizawl flights from 15 October

October 11: Air connectivity in Northeast got a major boost as budget airlines GoAir has prepared to launch Guwahati-Aizawl flights from 15 October, 2019. Jeh Wadia, Managing Director of GoAir said that  the launch of flight services to Aizawl is in sync with the government’s vision for the seven sister of Northeast aptly described as ‘transformation by transportation’.

As per the information made available by GoAir, its flight No. G8 248 will depart from Guwahati at 6:50 AM and arrive in Aizawl at 7:50 AM. The return flight G8 249 will depart from Aizawl at 8:40 AM and arrive in Guwahati at 9:50 PM. GoAir will operate on all seven days of the week in this new route. The airline has also announced  its introductory offer price of Rs 2498 for return fares.
