Exam of Class IX & X will be held on Tuesday as per schedule
মঙ্গলবার নবম-দশম শ্রেণির পরীক্ষা কাছাড়ে যথারীতি হবে

৯ ডিসেম্বরঃ ক্যাব বিরোধী বনধের দিনে কি নবম-দশম শ্রেণির পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। দুদিন থেকেই এ নিয়ে চিন্তায় ছিলেন অভিভাবকরা।ছাত্রদের মাথায়ও ঘুরছিল সে প্রশ্ন। শেষে সোমবার জেলা প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে জেলা পর্যায়ের এগজামিনেশন বোর্ডের কর্মকর্তাদের বৈঠক হয়।

সেখানে দীর্ঘ আলোচনার পর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়, পরীক্ষা যথারীতি হবে। স্থগিত বা পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার কোনও কারণ নেই। বরং পিকেটাররা পরীক্ষাগ্রহণে বাধা দিলে পুলিশকে জানাতে প্রধানশিক্ষক, অধ্যক্ষদের নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। পুলিশকেও এ ব্যাপারে জেলা প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকে সতর্ক থাকতে বলা হয়েছে।

December 9: Tension mounted among the students and their guardians as regards whether examination of Class IX and X will be held on 10 December, 2019 in the backdrop of the bandh convened against Citizenship (Amendment) Bill.

Finally, on Monday, a meeting was convened by the Cachar District Administration with the members of the  district level examination committee. After threadbare discussion, it was resolved that examination of Class IX and X will be held as per schedule on Tuesday. A member of the said committee informed way2barak that there arises no reason to postpone the exam.

Further, it was decided that police forces will be stationed outside the exam centres so that picketers cannot disrupt the students and teachers to enter the examination hall. In this connection, information to stay alert was issued to both the school authorities and police.
