‘Esho Boli’ release special video on Biodiversity

June 10: “Esho Boli”, a socio-cultural organisation of South Assam celebrated World Environment Day, 2020 amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and released a special video on biodiversity. The video entitled, “Care for the Earth, Care for the next birth” was made on a unique concept. The script of the production was written by the Coordinator of Esho Boli, Debosmita Biswas.

This special video featured various aspects of human life incorporating aspects from ancient times to gradual growth of human civilisation, industrialisation, deforestation, pollution, environmental hazard, COVID-19 etc. The whole theme was represented by wonderful sketches prepared by the members of Esho Boli- Ankit Das, Parnasree Das, Devalay Bhowal, Urmimala Bhattacharjee, Jayatri Dutta Choudhury and Subhajit Das. The voice over in the video was given by Disha Das,Dipsikha Sarkar,Sayan Chatterjee,Nikita Banik,Abhishek Paul and Sandipan Dutta. Awareness slogans were written by Nirupam Sharma Choudhury, Debashish Sayan Chakravarty, Arup Sunder Dutta, Neha Chakraborty, Bashab Chakravarty and Saurav Deb.

The project, “Care for the Earth, Care for the next birth” was directed and supervised by Sabyasachee Rudra Gupta, President of Esho Boli. Others who played a major role in it are General Secretary of Ehso Boli Shibam Das, who was its Project Convenor, Vice President Bubu Choudhury was the Project Organiser. Organising Secretary Subhajit Das did the video editing. The cover was designed by Uttam Dey. The music in the video was conceptualised by special invitee member of the organisation Debasish Sayan Chakravarty. It was coordinated by the Convenor of sketch Ankit Das and Literary Convenor Nirupam Sharma.

President of the organisation Sabyasachee Rudra Gupta released the video production in their Facebook page on 5 June, 2020. The video was highly appreciated by netizens and was viewed by a large number of people.
