DC Hailakandi inaugurates ‘Mukhya Mantri Mahila Krida Pratiyogita’ in the district

February 15: Keerthi jalli, Deputy Commissioner of Hailakandi along with DSA Chairman Gautam Roy and District Sports Officer Jimli Borah inaugurated ‘Mukhya Mantri Mahila Krida Pratiyogita’ at District Sports Association (DSA) ground, Hailakandi where district level female sports persons had a qualifying round to represent in the state.

Speaking during the occasion, DC Hailakandi said, “We are proud to inform that out of the district level winners many students are from Government run RSTC. Around 126 female athletes participated in Athletics and other sporting events.” She gave the example of Asian Games Gold medalist Hima Das wishing the participants more such success at State and National level.
