DC Cachar visits various health facilities in the district

way2barak, Nov.6: On Saturday, Deputy Commissioner, Cachar Rohan Kumar Jha visited Sanjeevani Zonal Office, Silchar under Piramal Swasthya and took stock of the medical facilities being provided to the patients. DC Jha interacted with the Zonal Manager, Area Manager and others and enquired about works done to make healthcare accessible and available to all segments of the population, especially the most vulnerable.

On the same day, DC Cachar also visited the Sonai Block Primary Health Centre and Urban PHC Silchar to inspect various sections of these hospitals including Labour room, General OPD, PNC Ward, ANC Ward, ANS Checkup, Dispensary, Drugs Storeroom, laboratory, Post Natal Ward and also checked the duty roster of doctors and nurses. DC Jha also took stock of the medical facilities being provided to the patients.
