way2barak, Dec.17: In an exciting finish, Croatia defeated Morocco 2-1 in the third place playoff match of the FIFA World Cup 2022, at the Lusail Stadium on Saturday. Josko Gvardiol and Mislav Orsic scored for Croatia while Achraf Dari smashed one goal for Morocco. With this win, Croatia have claimed the third place in the FIFA World Cup 2022 while Morocco bow out with the fourth spot.
Croatia will get a prize money of $27 million (nearly ₹225 crore). Morocco will get $25 million (over ₹205 crore) for finishing fourth.
