আউলিয়া বাজার থেকে ব্যবসায়ী অপহৃত
Businessman kidnapped on gun-point from Auliya Bazar

২৮ জানুয়ারিঃ কাছাড় জেলার আউলিয়া বাজার থেকে ব্যবসায়ীকে তুলে নিয়ে গেল দুষ্কৃতীরা। অপহৃত ব্যবসায়ীর নাম প্রসেনজিত দত্ত । সোমবার দুুপুরের ঘটনা। তিনি তখন তার দোকানেই ছিলেন। আচমকা দুষ্কৃতীরা গাড়ি থেকে নেমে প্রসেনজিতবাবুর মাথায় পিস্তল ধরে তুলে নিয়ে যায়।

পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, খবর পেয়েই তারা উদ্ধার অভিযানে নেমেছেন। কিন্তু এখনও তার সন্ধান মেলেনি। তবে তারা দুইটি গাড়িতে এলেও ফিরে যায় এক গাড়িতে। একটি ইন্ডিকা গাড়ি ফেলে গিয়েছে। পুলিশ সেটি বাজেয়াপ্ত করেছে। আশা করা হচ্ছে, এর সূত্রে অপহরণকারীদের হদিশ পাওয়া যাবে। সেই সূত্রে উদ্ধার করা যাবে এলাকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত ব্যবসায়ী প্রসেনজিত দত্তকেও।

January 28: Miscreants kidnapped a businessman from Auliya Bazar in Cachar district. On Monday afternoon, kidnapped businessman Prasenjit Dutta was at his shop. All of a sudden, miscreants got down from a car and went inside his shop. They held a pistol in the head of Prasenjit Dutta and took him inside the car.

Police informed that they have started their investigation and is on the lookout for Mr. Dutta. But till now, police has not been able to trace him. However, though the miscreants came in two cars but while going away, they left an Indica car near the shop of Mr. Dutta. Police has taken the Indica in their custody. Police is hopeful of nabbing the miscreants after getting details of the car.
