Assam govt employees to get 35 days of official holidays & 31 days restricted holidays in 2020

November 19: In a state Cabinet meeting held in Guwahati on 19 November, 2019, it was decided that in the year 2020, the Assam government employees will get 35 days of official holidays and 31 days of restricted holidays. Further, the Cabinet also directed the government offices, factories and industries to make sanitary napkins available for women employees.
