ABYSO to organise a seminar on D-Voter, detention camp & NRC on 10 March
March 10: All Bengali Youth and Students Organisation (ABYSO) is going to organise a seminar on D-Voter, Detention camp, NRC and proposed implementation of Clause 6 of Assam Accord at Silchar on 10 March followed by a seminar on the same issue on 24 March at Kolkata. The seminar will be held at Hotel Ellora, Silchar from 3 PM to 8PM.
All Bengali Youth and Students Organisation (ABYSO) is a non-political organisation established in Delhi under the leadership of Chandan Chatterjee in the year 2018 . The organisation since its inception had been working for the empowerment of Bengalis throughout the country. Presently, the organisation has its presence in Assam , West Bengal, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra
Moreover, ABYSO is working in close liaison with many like-minded organisation in various other states of the country. The organisation has engaged itself in a legal battle in the Supreme Court for safeguarding the interest of Bengali population threatened by the citizenship crisis posed by the NRC and arbitrary detection of D-Voter in Assam .
The organisation had organised National Seminar on the issue of D-Voter, Detention and NRC in the historic Constitution Club of New Delhi which was attended by renowned human right activist Harsh Mandar and Bengali Activists from various states of the country.
