All ongoing protests against CAA & NRC in Kolkata to be withdrawn!

March 23: All ongoing protests against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register for Citizens (NRC) in different areas of Kolkata including Park Circus will be withdrawn in wake of coronavirus outbreak. Protests will continue once the situation turns normal, says Moulana Md Shafik Qasmi, Imam Nakhuda Mosque.

Till now, seven confirmed cases have been reported in West Bengal. The state has also decided to go for lockdown.
