Dispensary and Diagnostic Centre started at Karimganj Ramakrishna Mission

February 28: He who wants to serve the father must serve the children first. Keeping in mind, this preaching of Swami Vivekananda, Karimganj Ramakrishna Mission has set up a pathology unit in their mission complex in Karimganj. On Friday, the monks of Ramakrishna Mission, Karimganj inaugurated the “Vivekananda Dispensary and Diagnostic Centre.”

A ‘puja’ was performed by the monks during the inauguration of the lab by the monks of the Ramakrishna order. The “Vivekananda Dispensary and Diagnostic Centre” will have the facilities of blood testing facilitty, Digital X-ray, Physiotherapy unit, Dental Clinic and an eye clinic.

Speaking during the occasion, the monks informed, “It is a privilege to serve mankind, for this is the worship of God. God is here, in all these human souls. As such, the poor people can avail various facilities of dispensary and diagnostic clinic at a very nominal cost.”
