Parents’ Day celebrated by Holy Cross School
হোলি ক্রশে অভিভাবক দিবস

নানা কর্মসূচি হাতে নিয়ে চারদিনের অভিভাবক দিবস পালন চলছে শিলচর হোলি ক্রশ স্কুলে। আজ বৃহস্পতিবার ছিল দ্বিতীয়দিন। এই দিনের কর্মসূচিতে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অ্যালামনি অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সভাপতি নীলোতপল সেনগুপ্ত। বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন আরও দুই প্রাক্তনী ডা. মুনিম রসুল মজুমদার ও গৌরব পাল। বিভিন্ন ক্লাশের পডুয়ারা সুন্দর সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান পরিবেশন করে। স্কুলের অধ্যক্ষা সিস্টার ক্যারন স্কুলের প্রতি আস্থা রাখার জন্য অভিভাবকদের ধন্যবাদ জানান।

In keeping up with its tradition, Holy Cross H.S. School, Silchar held Parents’ Day celebration, 2018 in the school auditorium with pomp and splendor. Thursday was the second day of the four day cultural functions and events in connection with Parents’ Day.

On the second day of the function, Mr. Nilotpal Sen Gupta, President of the Alumni Association was the Chief Guest. Two more alumnis, Dr. Mumin Rasul Mazumdar and Mr. Gourav Paul were the Guests of Honour. In her speech, Sr. Caron, Principal of the school thanked the parents and guardians for reposition of their trust upon Holy Cross.

A colourful cultural function by the students won applauds of the parents and guardians. Students from different classes performed songs and dances.
