Stress can be relieved through meditation & yoga
January 3: The entire human civilisation is now in the grip of stress. Infact, the word ‘stress’ has become a big factor in the busy life of modern human beings. But stress can be removed or destroyed. Stress free life leads to a beautiful mind, a beautiful mind leads to beautiful soul and a beautiful soul leads to a beautiful health. But how can one get rid of stress? The simple answer is Meditation and Yoga which is spread by Art of Living. These were the words spoken by Shatakshi Bhattacharjee, Lecturer of Political Science of Maharishi Vidya Mandir. She is also an active volunteer of Art of Living.
Shatakshi Bhattacharjee was present as the Guest Speaker in the Regular Weekly Meeting of Rotary Club of Green Land, Silchar. Her energetic deliberation infused a new life among the members and made the Greenlanders enthusiastic regarding various ensuing collaborated efforts for making a beautiful society. The session was presided over by President Elect Rtn Dipak Brahma. Members enjoyed the meeting and interacted with the Guest Speaker. Shatakshi Bhattacharjee enlightened the members regarding various activities of Art of Living such as Basic Course, Advanced Course, DSN, Sahaj Samadhi etc. The Club members also felicitated Shatakshi Bhattacharjee during the occasion.
