9 states are likely to go for assembly elections this year

way2barak, Jan.2: Assembly elections will be held in as many as nine states in 2023. The nine states where elections will be held in 2023 are: Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Karnataka,  Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telangana.

Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland are expected to see elections in February. Karnataka Assembly elections are expected to take place in May 2023. Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram will likely vote in November 2023. Rajasthan and Telangana Assembly elections are expected to take place in December this year.
