ভোটের মুখে কাছাড়ে উদ্ধার প্রচুর বিস্ফোরক
Huge quantity of explosives recovered at Cachar during poll season

৩১ মার্চঃ ভোটের মুখে কাছাড় জেলায় উদ্ধার হল প্রচুর পরিমাণে বিস্ফোরক সামগ্রী। আসাম রাইফেলস শনিবার রাতে স্থানীয় পুলিশকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে বডখলা থানার ভাঙ্গারপারে অভিযান চালায়। গোপন সূত্রে খবর পেয়ে তারা এনামুল হক নামে এক ব্যক্তির বাড়ি ঘিরে ফেলে চতুর্দিকে তল্লাশি চালান।

উদ্ধার হয় ১৮০টি জিলেটিন স্টিক ও সমসংখ্যক ডিটোনেটর। এনামুল হককে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে বলে পুলিশ জানিয়েছে। কী কারণে, কোথা থেকে এত বিস্ফোরক মজুত করা হল, খতিয়ে দেখা হচ্ছে।

March 31: The Parliamentary Election is knocking at the doors. Just before the polls, huge quantity of explosives were recovered from Cachar district. Assam Rifles in association with local police carried out an operation at a place called Bhangarpar under Borkhala Police Station.

On the basis of secret information, the house of one Enamul Haque was encircled from all sides by the forces. 180 gelatin sticks along with equal amount of detonators were recovered from his house. Police has informed that Enamul Haque was arrested. Investigation is on as to from where the explosives were procured and for what purpose.
